How Insider Edge works
From a public filing to a Telegram alert — and how Public delay policy relates to labelled research examples while seven-day forward proof is still collecting.
Step 1
Where data comes from
SEC Form 4 insider filings and congressional Periodic Transaction Reports. No tips network and no non-public data rooms.
Step 2
How a filing becomes a signal
Filings are normalized, linked to a ticker, scored, and filtered. Related activity is grouped into campaigns so the product describes meaningful exposures rather than every child filing as a separate trade.
Step 3
What VIP receives
Qualifying research alerts are delivered in real time on web and Telegram — ticker, direction, actor, transaction context, thesis, and source links when available.
Step 4
What the public sees
The current release policy is configured for Public eligibility 7×24 hours after a verified original VIP delivery timestamp. Source-verified seven-day forward examples are still collecting. Historical replay timestamps are labelled and do not by themselves prove contemporary VIP delivery.
Step 5
How outcomes are tracked
Follow-up windows (7d / 30d / 90d) record available returns or remain pending until the window matures. Losses stay visible.
